Verse is a faith-based mobile application developed and owned by TristynTech LLC. Verse provides daily Bible verses with context and insight, AI-generated personal prayers, and a Bible Q&A feature ("Your Personal Pastor"). The app is designed to support your personal spiritual life and is not a substitute for professional pastoral counseling, mental health services, or medical advice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Verse. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. TristynTech LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Verse offers paid subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device, and all payments are processed and managed by those platforms in accordance with their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings. All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. TristynTech LLC does not process refunds directly. TristynTech LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the app after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

Verse uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized prayers and Bible insights. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content is provided for personal reflection and spiritual encouragement only, that content may not always be theologically precise or complete, and that TristynTech LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. AI-generated prayers and responses do not constitute professional pastoral, psychological, or legal advice. We encourage you to consult a qualified pastor, counselor, or clergy member for serious spiritual or personal matters.

When you submit text through features such as "What's on Your Heart?", you grant TristynTech LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to generate your personalized prayer and improve the app's services. We will not sell your personal submissions to third parties. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

All content in Verse — including but not limited to the app design, logos, text, graphics, AI-generated prayers, verse commentary, and software — is owned by or licensed to TristynTech LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app without prior written consent from TristynTech LLC. Personal, non-commercial use of your saved prayers and verses is permitted.

Scripture quotations may be drawn from various Bible translations. Each translation is used in accordance with its applicable license. TristynTech LLC does not claim ownership of Biblical text.

Your use of Verse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract app content, impersonate any person or entity, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.

VERSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRISTYNTECH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRISTYNTECH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VERSE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

TristynTech LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of Verse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TristynTech LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Verse at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
